WITH PROPER LICENSING

YOU MAY:

-Sell My designs as screen prints, sublimation prints, dtf prints, clear film prints, vinyl, decals, stickers, fabric, patches, etc.

-Change the color of a single-color PNG file to another single color

-Resize files to fit your print dimensions

Licensing is good for one year from the date purchased, unless otherwise noted, documented or contracted differently. 

YOU MAY NOT:

-Resell files or any part of SP DESIGNS files.

Resell My designs as screen prints, sublimation prints, dtf prints, clear film prints, vinyl, decals, stickers, fabric, patches, etc. WITHOUT MY COMMERCIAL LICENSE.

-Post mockups or items without a proper watermark (yours or a SP DESIGNS).

-Share PNG files with ANY ONE OR ANY OTHER BUSINESS

- Post files in dump groups Post un-watermarked photos on any platform or private messages

-Order custom prints through an unlicensed vendor

-SEND ANY SP DESIGNS FILES OVER SEAS TO PRINT

- NO PRINT ON DEMAND

- Change our files or add to our files

-Erase parts of our file

-ALL FILES MUST BE PURCHASED BY THE LICENSE HOLDER. YOU MAY NOT TAKE A CUSTOM PRINT ORDER AND RESELL THAT PRINT.
